  Seating: be aware of where you sit. If you are facing the west side during sundown, the premises have no window shades , and you will need to wear sunglasses to block the sun glaring into your eyes. (No problem if it's cloudy or raining). I rate this as a two.

  The fries were amazing! Golden, hot and crispy on the outside and lovely and soft on the inside. The burger was perfect. Please stop in if you get a chance! My mother, sister and I visited for a late lunch on our way from Kitchener to Ottawa and left with happy bellies. The staff is fabulous!

  We come every Sunday for the breakfast buffet. Everything is delicious. Hot foods are always hot. The bacon, sausage, and maple syrup are all from the area. Best I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable.

  Restaurant: during summer months you will always be required to combat flies around your food. I rate this as a one.

  Yet another disappointing visit to the Station. I arrived at about 8: 12 PM and ordered a beer. About 7 minutes later I was presented with a bill and was told that they would be closing. This was odd as they advertise that they are open until 9:00 PM during the week. I asked if I could order another beer and was told that I could but I'd need to drink up quick. I've never experienced such poor service before. A few minutes later (still long before the 9:00 closing) the waitress asked if I could pay her. Of course I did but given the circumstances I did not give her a tip. The Station continues to provide poor service and seems to believe that because they are just about the only game in town they can treat their customers poorly. I experience this time and time again. I would love to give the Station a good review, as soon as they earn it.

  Highly popular venue with the locals...good Canadian menu. Also great view of Canadian Pacific rail yard if you are into that sort of activity...great serving staff who are always jolly.
